Every great brewery starts with a passion for brewing. Eleven Lakes Brewing began as a homebrewing hobby in 2007 and has grown into an independent craft brewery proudly serving Cornelius and the Lake Norman community. While our equipment has changed over the years, our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and bringing people together over exceptional beer has never wavered.
